12 days ago I went to the bank with my wife to get an advance on our home loan to pay for some renovations we are doing at home. We both went in and signed the request for funds as we are both signatories on the account. After nearly 2 weeks I still din't have the money, so though I should follow up. No one knows what is going on and they say they can't find my form, so we both need to go in again to sign the forms!!! This is totally unacceptable. I didn't lose the form, why must I go in again. There has been no follow up, no returned phone calls, no help to resolve my issue. 2 months ago we did the same thing to get an advance, and it was in my account within 2 days. Please get your act together Nedbank and sort this out asap!!! It's not like they don't know who we are or what we want. Easy to take your money, but heaven help you if you want any money from them.
