Saturday the 21st will be the third week that our application for re-advance on our bond was submitted face to face at Nedbank, Woolands. We confirmed at the bank that all applications and documents submitted were in order. After week 1 we followed up and were told to provide a clearer copy of my wife's ID and that there was a mistake on one of the forms. Week two we had to follow up and were told our request was being reviewed. Week three we have been requested to provide additional three months salary slips and employment verification. So much effort for a 50K re-advance. I pay an additional R 2300.00 every month on my bond. My conclusion, Nedbank is not interested in my business. Goodbye Nedbank, hello FNB.
