Unacceptable service

I applied for a account and needed my home loan account linked so that I could access money in home loan. A copy of home loan contract needed to be requested and sent to branch by head office. I was told this would take a couple of days. Two weeks later after hearing nothing I went back to the bank and was told that nothing was sent by. The lady at the branch phoned in front of me and requested the document. I was told it would take no longer than 24hrs and they would phone me once there. Two days later, obviously I had heard nothing and phoned the bank. Was told that they would quickly phone and find out what was going on and let me know asap. Two hours later and I am still waiting...
