I have a service plan with Liquid Capital for my car which i purchased in September. I have been oaying for the service plan since then. on the 3rd of January 2014, i took in my car in for service for a 90 000km, i took it in at 89 900 because i was going to travel the following day. When i took my vehicle to the dealership, i learned that my policy was not even captured on their system, which means i did not exist as their client on the database. i had to go back to the people i bought the car from to sort out the issue. This was on Friday, on Monday i was told everything is sorted, i can take the car to any GM dealership for service. I took in the car today at 7am. The service guys have been trying to contact Liquid Capital to authorize the service, only around 14:30 did they go through, only to find out my policy was still not in their system. Now my car is 1500 km overdue and it is making funny noises, at the end of the day i am only covered for service plan and not maintance plan, i will be the one suffering because someone did not do their job when they were required to and it is having serious implications on me and my car.
