After getting a promise from Thabo and Kendal to call me back this morning and confirm a query and goodwill gesture from Liquid Capital for a service plan that expired on 30 September 2013, I have not heard another word. What a pity as I was holding Liquid Capital in high regard for considering my request - Thabo sounded very positive when I spoke to him - vehicle mileage is still UNDER 40, 000km's and the plan expires at 45, 000mk's. The catch is the time period and I am just 2 weeks late. Nothing for a corporate who could give me this grace period for the benefit of good service. I hope to hear from either Thabo or Kendal of Liquid Capital soon.
