I've been dialling your helpline 0117157100 for the past hour. I press 5, and then 1, to get my roadside assistance and the line goes dead.
I thought I was being clever by then connecting through Dial Direct's hotline since I have homeowners there. Got through twice but both times got cut off too after I started speaking to agents.
Is this how you guys have a low utilisation on these value-added services? By not answering.
I'm still stuck at home - will someone call me urgently???
