I phoned due to updating my policy. I was helped by Henry who was very help full and explained everything to me about the policy. He did make sure whether I understand every thing be for we can conclude everything. There are things that I was not aware of that Henry took time to explain until I understand. This shows that the person has been trained before and is competent for his job. The guy is enjoying to do his job.
