Good Day, here I am again. I am under Debt Review since 2010. On 14 March 2013 I received an email from Norton Attorneys in connection with my Virgin Credit Card. I responded with the details of my Debt Counselor and have not heard from them since till today that I receive an Sms that my Card is in Arrears I I have till the end of Business today to call them. I assume Virgin Money handed me over to the Attorneys which they are not allowed to do since I am under Debt Review. I have had this problem with Absa a few months ago and now with Virgin Money, how is this possible? Could someone please help to sort out this problem. Karen
