My wife and I had separate loans with African bank. in addition I had a credit card which am still trying to settle. sometime last year we settled both our loans. Month end they debited MY BANK ACCOUNT. They debit amount for my loan and my wife which we had recently settled. When I called to get assisted they requested a bank statement which I did sent. Waited for my money only to notice nothing happening and when I called to find out I was told to sent a copy of my wife's id document because that's the money they are going to refund reason being my debit is paid to my credit card debt.
A debit for my wife's account which is suppose to be refunded even to this day am still waiting.
I am frustrated right now I don't know who to talk to. The lady who was assisting me in this matter is no longer in the office since the office line is never answered.

Very bad service. The money I lost already with driving around getting the documents which they requested one by one. The phone calls I made in vain...
