I applied for a personal loan at the Greenstone branch on 13/05/2013 and the consultant (Ryaadh) said everything was approved and pay out would be within 2 working days. Needless to say, a week later no money was received and myself and my husband kept in constant contact with my consultant on a daily basis to find out what was going on. Eventually he said there was a huge error at head office and the application needed to be redone. So we went back to head office and re apllied. Now a week later and still no funds received, after contacting our consultant everyday constantly to find out what was going on, he told us now that the credit assesment process etc. is now starting again after it had already apparently been through everythiing. What the is going on at your head office???!!! The level of service received from your company has terrible and completely frustrating to say the least!!! How freaking long does it take for a personal loan (that is approved I might add) to pay out??? 2 weeks later and still no feedback or joy!!!
