Bad service and totally incomprehensible feedback

I applied for a amount on my home loan account, as the amount outstanding is more than 50% less than its market value. Firstly I waited more than 21 days for feedback, I approached my branch and they established Friday afternoon that my application was lost, suddenly I received feedback this morning that my loan was not approved due to, and here I quote as per the email received " We regret that your home loan application could not be considered as your salary is not being deposited into a transactional account held by FNB" imagine my surprise as FNB is receiving my salary monthly into my cheque account called a one account. It seems that the one account that was sold to me as the alpha and omega of all accounts is useless!!! Curious that you can answer me suddenly in a day over a weekend after my application was lost with such stupid response in my case. Maybe another bank would like to receive my salary from now on?
