We have been paid out one claim out of four claims.
The problem is that we have a portfolio of buildings and all our car insurance on at one one place.
This is raising some serious questions -
What if something BIG happens? Do we close our doors because an insurance company can just delay the process forever?
Where do we send our new business, we cant even reference our own insurance company at the moment?
Also I get the distinct impression we are working with a bad attitude here -
We claim for 4 aircons, of which four holes are pointed out to an assessor and then three might be paid out on the cheapest quote.
We claim for a break-in and damages and then I get grilled on what is claimed for, as if I am inflating our losses. I am seriously considering adding a admin fee at this stage. I cannot even count the hours wasted on correspondence and emails and phone calls never mind the phone bill.
