Rude arrogent unwilling to assist

My name is Chantel Van Eck Id number8412220168081. I tried to withdraw cash last night only to find out my card was cancelled. I called the call center and charmain assisted me and advised that transactions was taking place on my card and I need to go to my nearest fnb this morning. I went to lambton branch in tears as it is 46000 rand and I am unemployed. The general manager was very rude and wasn't interested in helping me. Eventually the branch manager agreed to see me. From the moment I walked into his office he was arrogent, rude and snotty. He was lying back in his chair and was just snotty. I explained the story and asked him how we arw going to recover my money and what are they going to do to assist me. He sat back in his chair and rudly said nothing. The money is gone. The sales manager was also in his office and my mother to confirm his no care attitude and rudeness. So I said to him I just need yo be clear you are not going to do anything and he said yes. Sunward park branch assisted me and opened a case. I want an official complaint laid against him. He does not deserve to be a manager and should not deal with people.
