Inferior technology & service for 3 years

This is the 3rd year that I am requesting this on your internet bankingsite. I am hoping I may be lucky this time around. Once a future dated payment expires your system does not allow one to renew another series of payments. There is no option to do this. it only allows immediate payments and not future dated ones. I thought thisis very simple as a new beneficiary can be paid more than once but once that expires you have to make immediate payments on the day one logs on. This affects one's payment record as one caanot always remember to pay creditors.

Is this still difficult to comprehend? Really in Belville or what is difficult to understand?
