Debit order cancellation

On wednsday the 23 of may 13 I went to canell some of my debits as I was tight on my salary and they refused saying it was not a dispute and I mentioned to them that I was not disputing anything I just want them to canecell some debits and they refused telling me their system does not allow them to do it and when I called their call center they allso told me that there were new rules since this year early. And my problem is that I was neve told. About it where I should have cancell all of them at once. I am very unhappy rite now cause I won't b having anymoney left on my bank account
