Refused reversals on my account

On the 25/11/2013 i went into Capitec Bank in Golden Acre mall to reverse a debit order of R775 made by ellerins instead of 150.i was told that i could not dispute any debit oredrs on my account, when i opened my account in 2010 they told me i could dispute any debit orders made in my account, and according to the NCA i am allowed disputes in my account and funds returned into my account within 30 days, i need the capitec ombudsman to explain this further to me as i am unhappy with them making decisions on my account.
