My discovery card was recently upgraded, and although Disocivery erroneously cancelled my active card before issuing my new one, they managed to personally deliver one to my home within hours of my call being taken. They turned the situation around totally from bing a complaint to a compliment. Thank you to the Rodney at the call centre for escalating my problem, Giselle, the call centre manager for taking action and Anthony for delivering my card on Friday afternoon. It was much appreciated.
