Still no feedback

I called in to the call center 2 weeks (12/11/2013) ago and was told that I would receive feedback in 24-48 hours. Nobody called back I then called again on Friday 15th and the agent I spoke to refused to let me speak to a manager and I was told I would receive feedback on the same day; I have still not received a call. I then logged complaint on Hellopeter on the 18th. I received an automated response saying that they would contact me shortly. I have still not received a call. I then got a response on the 22nd on Hellopeter saying "as discussed" they apologize for the inconvenience and they would send me an email with feedback. So not only have they crooked me but they are now lying and pretending that they have contacted me. Later that day I received an email from Sifiso Mlangeni saying that he has tried to contact me but he cannot get hold of me and I should reply with my contact details-which I did. I have still not received a phone call from anyone at Autopage. I sent another email on the 25/11/2013 requesting to be called back but nobody called. It is now the 26th 15 days later and not 1 person has called me back to resolve my issue. I am totally disgusted with this company.
