CREDIT REPORT WRONG AND CANNOT ACCESS CREDIT

I sold my property using the absa HELP YOU SELL product in 2012

After the sale I had a shortfall of R27000 which i signed a AOD for R270 payment per month.

October 2012 I did a XDS credit check on myself. The initial bond payment of R5080 as well as the shortfall R 27000 and the 30% that was supposed to be written R185 000 off but was still held agains my exposure on the credit report.

I reported this to Julia Burns, Manager at Cape gate Branch in October 2012 and she requested that this matter was resolved from Mr Jas Kritzinger [Email Removed] and he mailed the instruction to Therea Maritz ph 011 221 6631 which is the lady that will notify the credit bureaus to rectify the situation.

I applied for vehicle finance yesterday and was declined due to the R5080 exposure against my name which should have been resolved. This morning i go hold of Mrs Theresa Maritz' number, she assured me that that on her side the R5080 exposure is not visible anymore and only the R23000 shortfall with the R270 monthly payment is visible.

I did a credit check today... the R209 000 exposure as well as R5080 installment is still there against my name.
