Can someone just give us an answer :-(

I'm so appalled at the service that we received at FNB Insurance. My husband's policy lapsed, he received an email advising us that the policy was cancelled due to non-payment. We received this email on the 08th of July 2013. Thereafter two premiums were deducted off my wife's FNB Cheque. The two premiums where deducted on the 27 Jul & 27 Aug 2013. We called FNB Insurance brokers & spoke to "Keatla "who processed our refund, however we got refunded only one premium? We then called the call centre again and were given details for a guy named Thirushan Pachai, who in my opinion is as useless as they come. For some reason this man has a problem with giving feedback We had to follow up with him to find out if he received our email, then he promised to give us feedback by the 09th Oct which to this day we haven't received any feedback from this man. I have called the call centre more than 8 times and no one can assist us and every time we call his apparently busy on phone. We have spoken to his manager Vaneshree still no response from him or her. We had to call again just now and We was placed on hold for 25 minutes until we hang up and still got not assistance.
