I wanted to change bank details for debit order, but they refused because my salary was paid to another account, I had arranged the stop order to go to another bank for debit order deduction. They couldnt change because my salary was not paid to that account. To my surprise they went to deduct on the bank account they refused to accept. When called the head office to enquiry the agent that pick up the call took my details & advise was investigating. My other surprise was put back to the call quee. African bank service is terrible, as much as we need your loan assistance but you guys must value your customers. Can someone who know his or her job get back to me urgently because your debit orders will bounce and that will affect my credit rating.
