I am an extremely unhappy client of ABSA I have placed myself under debt review I instructed them to stop all debit orders going off my cheque account. Now this month again the debit orders have gone off when I call them they tell me I must go to the branch again to have them reversed. Last month I went to the branch 3 times to have this sorted. I am not able to take time off work again for this incompetence. I demand that they sort it out today as I am now suffering the consequences as my Lawyer takes the payments on the 25th now I will be short. ABSA please this has been going on now for 2 months I demand it be sorted without me going to the branch and it needs to be done today. The attorneys have advised the companies legally and I have gone to the ABSA branch and put a stop on the debit orders.
