Wrong contact details

I opened a new account with Absa. I gave my new details as per norm with a new account but I was told when my details were uploaded Absa never used these detail but my old details, now I can't receive my OTP's on my current number! it was not my mistake but yours, Absa. I cannot get to an Absa branch to sort this out, so look at my application and fix this! I don't have that old number at all!
