Acc Number 73009028. Absa has gone into my account and did a Direct Journal Entry of R4000 without prior consent without communication and with no email statements sent through to me. There has been no correspondence and receipt of any of my payments. I am highly upset and I request that the above mentioned matter be addressed A.S.A.P. All they say is they cant reverse the amount. How on earth am I able to eat for the rest of the month and get my children to school?? We are going to fall behind on accounts. We just opened the our Cheque acc at absa so they have all our contact details to have contact us first. Did we make a big mistake to move our bussines to Absa???
