Last month i should have paid my last installment on a personal loan, 2 days ago my balance on my internet banking said 0.00, today when my salary hits my account, i get debited R1011.83. I called premier banking to query, Was helped by Tepiso Mngomezulu. She contacted Personal Loans to find out whats going on and spoke to some Mellisa who gave her bad attitude and refused to speak to me. That is unexceptable as this account should have been paid off last month already and i was even debited R1300 some odd when there was only about R900 outstanding! I would like a full history of this account. FNB's service is just becoming more and more pathetic where i once held this bank in the highest regard, even my husband just opened up a business account with you and the service has been terrible from the get go!
