FNB in it for them selves

I contacted my "Premier Banker" regarding either a personal loan or a Revolving Credit Plan, I was advised that I did not qualify for anything as I my salary is not deposited into my personal FNB account but in that of my Wife's FNB account.
I have also had a business account with FNB for more than 3 years with no returned cheques, debit orders and every month there is a salary payment for myself to my wife's account.
FNB still refused to look at this in a different manner than what the "BOOK SAYS" then the "HOW CAN WE HELP" slogan seems to be nothing more than empty words, even the CEO Complaints Desk saw no urgency in this matter either as they gave no feedback within 24 hours.
Being very frustrated I requested a meeting with the CEO and was told categorically that he would not meet with me, how is it that the head of a business/bank will not meet with one of his loyal clients on request.

I'm not sure what FNB expects from their clients other than banking their money with them, pay their bank charges and not ask for any help should you want to grow your business.

I am very disappointed in FNB keeping in mind that I tried to run a clean business and a clean account with them.
