I am absolutely disgusted by the service I have received by Yebo Loans. On 23 April 2013 a debit order went off my bank account for an amount higher than quoted and on top of it it was a double debit order. I informed them of this and was assured by Hilda Stroebel that they will refund me. I have since then not heard from them, my e-mails are being ignored, not even an acknowledgement is received. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with these people. I tried resolving this in a friendly matter but by the looks of it that doesn't help!!!
