My Vehicle paid up Still no Registration Paperwork

I settled my Vehicle Finance with AVF over a week ago. I called into the call centre yesterday on 0860 669 669 and waited 14 minutes on my cellphone bill for the call to be answered. When it rang through to JACKIE, she let the phone ring for almost 3 mins before she answered her phone!

I explained that all my airtime (over R30 was almost finished) was almost up and that i wanted to know if my documents were posted to my PO Box, why i hadnt received them yet?

Her attitude and response was much to be desired and her reply to me was "i dunno the courier left with it on the 14 May". i told her that i wanted feedback before cob on 22 May 2013. All she said was "ok" and slammed the phone down!

This is the service i have come to experience from Absa unfortunately! Not impressed at all! I paid up my car and want MY vehicle in MY name!???
