I have yet to encounter a single institution in South Africa (except FNB of course) that offers such a seamless and painless service as Transunion. Their processes are straight forward, you get acknowledgement when they receive your query. They keep you up to date on what is happening with your profile e.t.c. I truly believe they deserve all the recognition and praise they can get, they are a truly wonderful company to work with. If all the creditors in South Africa only used Transunion instead of the "OTHER" company, life would be a joy and consumers would have less stress. I dont know why it is so difficult for the "OTHER" company to follow your lead. You are just worlds apart in terms of service.
