I paid for a car report from Transunion and received a report with no information. The report requested was on a BMW 2006 model, 130i Sport. I have called Transunion numerous occasions and each time the response is the same "Your matter has been escalated and someone will contact you within 24hours" this never happens.
I have been calling transunion from the 14th of November!!!
IF THIS IS HAPPENING TO A LOT OF PEOPLE, THAT IS A HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY BEING TAKEN FROM US FOR NO SERVICE BEING RENDERED
