The sms system, the website and the overall process used to assist consumers with queries is always prompt, clear and easy to use. The feedback is timely and understandable. This entire process has helped me manage my credit profile much better and this was evident when I was a victim of identity and had accounts opened against my name. Transunion helped me remove these against my profile and all it took was a submission of a few documents and within 20 days, as promised, my query was settled and I was notified of the outcome.
