After 2 weeks of ongoing issues with FNB, Summerstand I was at the point of moving my account to NEDBANK. However, Mertle's brilliant service in arranging a forex payment to the Netherlands has changed my mind. If only all employees where as driven, dedicated and open to assist FNB would be the best bank on the African continent.
