I just wanted to thank Dennelien at ABSA in Menlyn for the brilliant service she offered me this morning. I went in to open a platinum cheque and credit card and she completed the application and let me know while I was there about the outcome of my application, this is really brilliant as i have applied at anther bank on the 9th of Feb and I am still waiting on an answer. She has made me decide to move all my banking to ABSA and I will now be canceling my application at the other bank.
She was efficient and professional and I am happy to call her my platinum banker.
