Auto Teller not functional

The auto bank machine at the Monument Park Shopping Centre was not been working since Monday 20 May 2013. I was there Monday, Tuesday and today to draw money. On Monday and yesterday the machine had a screen that the machine is offline, but today the screen is just grey. This is common problem in the Pretoria area that the auto tellers are not operating. I had a problem at the Key West Krugersdorp where the machine swallowed my card after I tried to deposit money. This was on the 9 May 2013. A complaint was logged but had to log a second complaint on the 15 May as they cannot trace my first complaint number. The one registered on the 15 May 2013 has not been attended to as yet. The reference number is 53223663. When I enquired about this, was told any complaint takes 8 working days for a response. I feel this is shocking.
