Bad service and FALSE Schedule updates

Hello Peter

I recently had my car broken into. My car track didnt go off when they disassembled half of it either.
took quicksure a good few days to respond to me, after a few emails and making a few calls with no answer to get an assessor down to the panel beater to assess the car. Which they did eventually.

It then took another week for the assessor to send through the actual confirmation and authorization, which went through to the panel beater. They have ordered the parts, which have arrived and are repairing the vehicle. How ever, damage is R44 000 and my an excess is R4400.

I have instructed that Cartrack pay for this as if the system went off or notified me or cartrack as it should, then this price could have drastically decreased or been avoided. NO REPLY, of which i had to follow up with a phone call where they hadnt even seen the email yet.

Ontop of this i have received a BLSHIT policy schedule telling me they are excluding external body damage as it happened before i was even insured with quicksure. My car was assessed by Quicksure and there was no prior damage that was excluded in the policy.

I will be taking this to the insurance ombudsman and lawyers.
