After all the promises by "Steve" on 12th April I applied online to FNB to open a business account and move my Standard bank account to them. On 13th April they sent some virtual documents to me. I had some queries regarding the content of the pricing guide so I wrote back to them. On the 15th April "Nadine" so kindly sent me the exact same pricing guide again and said here read this! What pathetic. Anyway I complained and got a very apologetic email back from "Ezra" on the 15th April who said that they would get hold of me. They did - on the 30th April by re-sending the virtual documents again! I wrote back to them again on the 30th explaining that they had not addressed a single question or concern of mine. I got the standard reply back saying they will contact me. Well FNB its now the 22 May and I have not heard from you!
Your adverts about opening an account in ten minutes blah blah blah are nothing but, your service is beyond pathetic and someone should take you to the advertising authorities for false advertising! One line of your adverts is correct "you are not like other banks" YOU ARE WORSE.
