This is my second complaint regarding FNB in under 3 months, first one: https:///first-national-bank/complaints/fnb-good-adverts-kk-service-987651. The only reply from the supplier was the same response given to anyone: "Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns. Your complaint was referred to Core Banking Solutions for investigation and resolution. The complaint reference is 245641" Blah blah blah
My husband opened an account due to the fact that their adverts sound so promising on the radio. His account has been open for 3 months and still no debit orders has been switched nor has anyone been in contact with him regarding any issues if there are any. This is THE worst service ever! Compared to the told on radio.
