SYSTEMS OFFLINE for 3 days

While opening a cheque account after being called 20 times about the advantages that I would have, the system went off-line, my current account got frozen, and all the papers I signed (contract) remained just some papers with some letters on them... No reflection on any system from the other branches.
Oh, and I discovered that my account was frozen when filling up at a petrol station!
2 days later, the bank is still offline, my cheque account is still only on paper... At least my current account is active.

Great service, great bank, great people!

Everybody wants to be very helpful, unfortunately they have no idea on how to solve the actual problems.
