Good Day

I want to lodge a complaint i took a funeral plan with Standard Bank i'm not too sure when was that i've been paying and everything. when i took the plan i was told that because this was a new product that standard bank has come up with if you take the plan you will receive a R1000 food voucher i took the plan and i was told that i should call the call centre and they will tell me where to pick up the voucher i did that when i called one of their branches i spoke to a lady and she said she does'nt know anything about the food vouchers but they've been receiving phone calls about that but she took my contact number, ID number and name and she said she'll find out for me and get back to me and she never did i called the call centre again and they told me that the food vouchers would be sent by post still that never happen and everytime i call standard bank call centre no one seems to know anything about the food voucher i'm their customer and they should keep their promises it's been long overdue i want that voucher because that was their promise when i took the plan i'm tired of their stories i need that voucher.
