Assaulted by an employee inside ShopRite

I was assaulted by a rude ShopRite employee inside the shop on 26/02/2023. I opened a criminal case, and when the investigating officer visited ShopRite for more details, they were told that there are no cameras in ShopRite. Because of that, the case was closed due to lack of evidence.

I was very disappointed as I had the chance to retaliate, but I respected the pregnant employee and let her assault and insult me. However, the shop has never even sent an apology about the matter. As a self-employed baker, I was buying my stock from that ShopRite every day and immediately stopped going there.
