I want my Credit records updated!!!

I have been paying my account every month for the past 2 yrs and have been settled in full on the 8th March 2013. They told me at that time the turn around time for queries was 7 working days, .Since then i have been trying to get my acc details updated on ITC. i have followed all the procedures and have been patient. They keep telling me they are awaiting feedback/update from bureaus. Surely if by the 3rd attempt they are not getting feedback and the bureaus are saying they have not recieved any request, there is a problem with the methods of communication?!?!?! I just want my name to be cleared immediately please, i have been waiting for a long time. Itc has also emailed them for confirmation as i have already faxed my pd up letter to ITC and they have not responded to that either. Please find other methods of communicating and confirming that your correspondence is recieved as this is causing alot of problems in my life. We are actually on the verge of losing our home due to this delay. it is extremely urgent!!!
