10 Days for approved Overdraft to be activated

I applied for and was granted a short term overdraft for my startup company two weeks ago. It has yet to be activated. After speaking with my account manager for the umpteenth time, I finally told her not to worry, I would take my business to FNB or Standard bank. Five minutes later her manager called me and assured me that the money would be in my account by 10:00am today. No such luck.
As I was promised that the money would be in last week Thursday, I place a few orders with my suppliers. They are now contacting me daily saying that the order has been reversed due to non-payment. This is not only hampering my business, but also my relationship with my suppliers.
I am going to set up a meeting with the other banks to move my account.
