After having a minor accident I had to phone my insurance to report the accident and submit a claim, I must say that I am very impressed by the good service of Budget. The claims specialist, Prishina, who took my claim was very friendly and professional, and I really felt that they were concerned with my well being rather than worrying about the money they will have to pay to fix my car. Well done guys you have a customer for life. :)
