GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER!!!

I have made numerous calls (0861266353) to Bruma/Boodle since the 28th of last month to have my paid up loans updated at Experian. Every time I called I was assured that instructions have been given to Experian to update my loans but no proof could be supplied up to date. I spoke t o Experian today and they have not been given any instructions from Bruma/Boodle to update my accounts.

I been inconvenienced by the the situation as I can't obtain any credit because of my affordability that's been negatively affected as it shows at Experian that I still owe Bruma/Boodle R12762.

They have collected their monies from my account on each agreed date and I have never missed a payment. I have been routed from consultant to consultant and had to explain the same story over and over again like a parrot without any success.

I feel that I have not been treated and informed properly and hope that those who make use of this service be aware of these consequences.
