I have been garnished a year ago for R9667, against my pay sheet. This has now, after deducting from my salary for a year, been paid up. When I phoned to request a paid up letter, I was transfere 9 times! To 3 different departments, just to find that I need to contact the Durban hub. After my frustration, I contacted the durban hub on the numbers provided, just to find out that the person working with the garnishes is on leave, and the stand-in is not answering the phone! No wonder I canceled my account with Nedbank! My question is now: why must my life style suffer because of the poor service from Beepbank.!? Lets be honest... Nebank really is becoming beepbank from those adverts!
