I Had a query on one of my accounts, and to my surprise I was transferred to so many different departments by your agents. All over the show and each department telling me I'm at the wrong place. You can imagine not knowing why you have a few thousands short in your account how frustrating this could be. Eventually I came to the Credit department and spoke to Layla Abrahams. My superwoman for today :-) friendly, helpful and turned a very very bad day after being "transferred" all over into a wonderful Tuesday...
