I called in November 2012 for a quote for my car and home contents, and Outsurance was 55% more that my current insurers. ( bearing the fact that I had one recent claim, been insured from 2006 with only one claim).
I didn't get any info regarding the R 400 back and didn't bother to even ask. I called in on the 13/05/2013 for a quote as I needed to change my insurance and was shopping around for insurance.
Outsurance gave me a quote which was about 80% more than my current insurers. the sales consultants name was "Mariette" this time I enquire about the R 400.00. However Mariette did get back to me and advised me that I was paid out in Nov 2012. I told her that I did not receive any money. She said that she will check and revert. I am still waiting, I then spoke to another consultant by the name of Lolo Vilakazi, she asked me to email her my schedule to which I did. I'm still waiting. I don't really want the R 400.00, it's the principal behind it and if I don't meet the criteria, inform me about it.
