Just want to thank Outsurance and specially Lolo Mkhatshwa for there quick and friendly service. I've phoned Monday afternoon just before 18:00. All consultants were busy. The next morning Lolo phoned me back, she had my details already and I didn't had to go through a lengthy identification process. Within 5 mins my claim was process. Outsurance needed quotes from me to continue with the claim.

What was amazing for me that a hour later I submitted my quote via email. From previous experiences it take at less 24 hour for quote to be process. This time 30 minutes later I've received a email from Lolo notify me that my claim is approved.

Thank you Lolo for the great and quick service. Because of you I want to move my Home Owners Insurance to Outsurance.
