Loan Application declined due to incompetent staff

It is with absolute disgust and disappointment that I am bringing this issue to your attention.
I applied for a loan via your institution only to be given the run around from the 9th April until now.
What happened to the 48 hour turn around time?
As the client, I was expected to make follow up calls to the branch and ultimately to the customer service line.
The customer service consultants advised that there was documentation outstanding as of this morning.
The branch manager advised that all the relevant information had already been sent through.
I called the customer service line yet again and was told by Mosima Mogale that the application had been declined this morning already due to the branch failing to submit the documents.
She also told me that there was no supervisor but eventually gave me the details of the person in charge of the loan department. His name is Moloko Kgobe and his contact number 0112569129.
I did try calling him but it seemed he was unavailable.
So, as a result, there is nobody who can assist me least of all the "branch manager".
Clearly African Bank needs to train their branch staff and management.
