Hi my son had an accident on the 06 August 2013 in Witbank a truck from NEBUDEX couldn't brake and run over car's after that the owner of the truck company said he will repair all the cars we just need to get quotes then done, so I went to get the quote then after I informed my insurance company that the offender will pay the damage next day my insurance company BUDGET called me and told me no need to speak to the truck company they will but I must pay the access of R10 000 first while my access is R3850 and I asked them why they never answered me n we ended up fighting on the line . few hours later the truck company boss called and told me that my insurance said they will fix the car and he said how come because i said the company will fix the damages, few days after Budget called me threatening me that they won't fix the car without that R10 000 and I ended up getting frustrated and cancelled the policy since they can't help me. Now budget has ruined things between me and the truck company and I ended up fixing my car at my expense and the truck company keep transferring my calls to next office coz they said they will pay back but still nothing till today NEBUDEX BOSS 0823002695
